After eventful days, our guests relax in the stylish atmosphere of our newly designed wellness oasis. Enjoy the soothing warmth of the Finnish sauna with a herbal infusion, or breathe in the cleansing air of the steam bath. Recharge your energy in our bio sauna or infrared cabin.
In the fresh air space of our open inner courtyard, you can experience a balance of warmth and cold. In the Room of Silence, comfortable waterbeds are available, and in the Room of the Senses, you’ll find cosy wellness sofas. Stations with fresh spring water and select teas complete the relaxation experience at Hotel Post.
- Time: Allow yourself plenty of time – a complete sauna session consists of 3 rounds.
- Bathing essentials: We recommend a lying towel for the sauna, a bath towel, and bath sandals.
- Cleanse: A thorough shower before the first sauna session prepares your body optimally.
- Warm up: Make yourself comfortable – the duration of the session is between 8 and 10 minutes.
- Cool down: Cool off with a body shower or a Kneipp hose – start with your feet and hands, moving from right to left.
Rest: A short rest in between is relaxing and pleasant – be sure to stay hydrated.
