As hotel guests, you can park for free in our private hotel parking lot (partially covered).

• Bicycles can be rented free of charge without prior reservation.
• City e-bikes are available for a fee.
You can store your personal bicycles in our lockable bike garage.
The Zillertal Superskipass can be conveniently purchased at the hotel reception in winter. The price is the same as at the mountain lift ticket office. Additionally, you can also purchase the Zillertal ActivCard at the hotel reception in summer.
• You can store your ski equipment free of charge in the ski cellar on the lower floor of the hotel.
• Alternatively, you can rent a comfort ski depot at the Rent & Go ski rental for € 4 per day – please sign up at the reception.
The entrance to the Ski Optimal Hochzillertal ski area is only 300 meters from our Hotel Post in Kaltenbach. You can reach the valley station of the Hochzillertal cable car in just 3 minutes.

• Relaxation rooms: from 8 am to 8 pm
• Indoor pool: daily from 7:30 am to 8 pm
• Outdoor pool: in summer from 8 am to 8 pm, in winter from 3 pm to 7 pm
Bathrobes can be found in the wellness bag, which is provided in your room.
Because we care about the environment, we kindly ask you to bring your own bath slippers from home. Only together can we make a difference.

Our sauna area is a nudity and relaxation zone. Access is not allowed for children and teenagers under 16 years old.
